WEDDING DJ SERVICES IN GREATER OTTAWA AND SURROUNDING AREAS
Prior to your wedding day, we will meet with you in person or virtually and discuss all of your requirements to make your wedding perfect. We usually call you after your rehearsal to ensure all of the details and any changes are noted and addressed.
On the day of your wedding, our DJ will attend the venue 1.5 hours before the ceremony to set up the equipment and to meet with the wedding planner or the venue staff. If we are providing the music for the ceremony, a sound system will be set up and prelude music will be played 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Wireless mics will be provided, and the pre-selected music will be played at the appropriate time during the ceremony.
Once the ceremony is complete, and if the cocktail hour is set to take place at the same location, the sound system will remain in place. In the event that the cocktails are in another area, a system will be installed to provide background music for the guests.
The main sound system will have been set up in the reception area before the ceremony and will be used to provide dinner music and wireless mics for the speeches. Once the dinner and speeches are over, the first songs will be played, and the start of a perfect evening will begin. We provide request sheets for your guests and take requests from them during the dance.
We do not charge for cocktail music, dinner music, or overtime. Our DJs are usually some of the first to arrive at the venue and the last to leave.
